Excavator Operator (m/f/d) – General Application

As KLC Consulting, we are looking for experienced Excavator Operators for companies we partner with, to work on construction, infrastructure, and earthmoving projects throughout Germany.

This position includes construction equipment operation for road construction, trenching, foundation excavation, pipeline laying, and general earthmoving work. The job is mobile, and assignments may be carried out in different regions of Germany depending on project requirements and the candidate's experience.

Work is conducted in accordance with German technical standards and occupational safety regulations (DGUV).

● Vocational training in construction equipment operation
● Excavator operator license / Construction machinery certificate (required)
● Class B and/or CE driving license (preferred, required for some projects)
● Minimum 2 years of field experience operating excavators (required)
● Experience with tracked and wheeled excavators
● Experience with mini excavators, mobile excavators, and crawler excavators preferred
● Experience in excavation, leveling, loading, and precision work
● Ability to read technical drawings and site plans
● Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
● Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and different locations
● Team-oriented with high sense of responsibility
● German or English language skills preferred but not mandatory
