Paver / Paving Stone Specialist (m/f/d) – General Application

As KLC Consulting, we are looking for experienced Pavers / Paving Stone Specialists for companies we partner with, to work on infrastructure and landscaping projects throughout Germany.

This position includes paving, curb installation, and ground covering work in projects such as sidewalks, squares, park areas, private properties, and urban redevelopment projects. The job is mobile, and assignments may be carried out in different regions of Germany depending on project requirements and the candidate's experience.

Work is conducted in accordance with German technical standards (DIN, ZTV Pflaster-StB) and occupational safety regulations.

● Vocational training in paving, road construction, or landscaping
● Professional diploma, certificate, or qualification document in the relevant field (preferred)
● Minimum 2 years of field experience in paving and stone laying work (required)
● Experience with natural stone, concrete paver, and interlocking stone installation
● Knowledge of curb and gutter installation
● Experience in leveling, drainage slope setting, and ground preparation
● Proficiency with vibrating compactors, cutting machines, and hand tools
● Ability to read technical drawings and site plans
● Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
● Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and different locations
● Team-oriented, high sense of responsibility, and physical endurance
● Class B driving license (preferred)
● German or English language skills preferred but not mandatory

● Implementation of traffic safety measures when required
● Completion of all work in accordance with German technical standards (DIN, ZTV Pflaster-StB) and occupational safety regulations
● Preparation of daily work reports and information flow to project management
