Painter and Decorator (m/f/d) – General Application

As KLC Consulting, we are looking for experienced Painters and Decorators for companies we partner with, to work on construction and renovation projects throughout Germany.

This position includes interior and exterior painting, plastering, wallpapering, and decorative coating work in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The job is mobile, and assignments may be carried out in different regions of Germany depending on project requirements and the candidate's experience.

Work is conducted in accordance with German technical standards and occupational safety regulations.

● Vocational training in painting and decorating or decorative coatings
● Professional diploma, certificate, or qualification document in the relevant field (preferred)
● Minimum 2 years of field experience in interior and exterior painting (required)
● Experience with paints, varnishes, plaster, and wallpaper
● Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and filling
● Proficiency with brush, roller, and spray gun
● Knowledge of color mixing and matching
● Safe working on scaffolding
● Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and different locations
● Team-oriented, high sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
● Class B driving license (preferred)
● German or English language skills preferred but not mandatory
