Asphalt Worker / Road Builder (m/f/d) – General Application

"As KLC Consulting, we are looking for experienced Asphalt Workers / Road Builders for companies we partner with, to work on road construction and infrastructure projects throughout Germany.

This position includes asphalt paving, repair, and maintenance work on highways, motorways, industrial areas, and urban road projects. The job is mobile, and assignments may be carried out in different regions of Germany depending on project requirements and the candidate's experience.

Work is conducted in accordance with German technical standards (ZTV Asphalt-StB) and occupational safety regulations.

"● Vocational training in asphalt, road construction, or construction sector
● Professional diploma, certificate, or qualification document in the relevant field (preferred)
● Minimum 2 years of field experience in asphalt paving and road construction (required)
● Experience with asphalt pavers, rollers, and hand tools
● Knowledge of hot and cold asphalt applications
● Ability to read technical drawings and site plans
● Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
● Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and different locations
● Team-oriented, high sense of responsibility, and physical endurance
● Class B driving license (preferred)
● German or English language skills preferred but not mandatory
